Nicholas Terry Principato
(October 16, 2003 - March 26, 2009)

Nicholas Terry Principato, 5, of Neptune, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 26, 2009 after a hard fought battle with leukemia. He was born in Neptune and has lived there all of his life. Nicholas loved Hot Wheels, Spiderman and Star Wars. He adored surfing on the beach with his daddy as well as his school and friends and especially his Grandparents.

He loved life and always put others first. Nicholas will always be remembered for his amazing laugh. Although his life was seemingly short, the impact he had on others will resonate for years to come. Nicholas leaves behind his loving parents Joseph and Kimberly Principato of Neptune, his sister Emma Grace Principato, his grandparents Sal and Jackie Principato of Kearny and Jean Browning of Neptune, his Uncle Bro and Aunt Erica of Neptune, his Uncle Jason of Kearny and his cousin Logan of Neptune.

Friends and family are invited to visit from 3 to 6 PM on Sunday, March 29, 2009 at the Ely Funeral Home, 3316 Hwy. 33 Neptune, NJ 07753.

A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, March 30, 2009 at the First Baptist Church, Asbury Park, followed by an interment in Monmouth Memorial Park, Tinton Falls. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cancer Institute of New Jersey, 195 Little Albany St, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 or to Give Kids the World at www.gktw.org.
